The reservation of the apartment is made by paying the rental deposit for that apartment.
The payment of the reservation deposit must be made via credit card, paypal or by phone.
Your booking will not be confirmed until Wonder Apartments Madrid has received the pre-payment of the rental deposit and you have received a confirmation e-mail from Wonder Apartments Madrid.
In the confirmation email you will find the exact address of the apartment, contact details, remaining amount to be paid and all other arrival and departure instructions.
Payment of the remaining amount of your booking must be made at least 4 - 6 weeks before your arrival date.
About the total payment of the rent
The remaining amount of the rent must be paid at least 4 - 6 weeks before the date of arrival. This amount can be paid by bank transfer.
About the cancellation of the rent
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. No cancellations or changes will be accepted by phone.
If the client cancels a reservation, the deposit will not be returned.
If the client cancels a reservation paid in full (100% of the stay), there is a cancellation fee which will depend on the number of days in advance of the rental period.
More than 90 days before: 25% of the total amount.
30-89 days in advance: 50% of the total amount.
Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.
If the client changes the dates or the apartment, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
If Wonder Apartments Madrid is unable to provide the client with the property they have reserved, they reserve the right to transfer it to a property of similar characteristics. If no agreement can be reached, both parties to the contract are authorised to cancel the contract. In this case, Wonder Apartments Madrid will refund the client all the money paid (except the part corresponding to the days of stay already made, if this is the case). Wonder Apartments Madrid shall not be liable for any future claims by the client.
About the guarantee deposit
On arrival you will be asked to provide a guarantee deposit as well as a valid credit card number to ensure that the apartment and its contents are returned in good condition. Please remember that by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that any damage caused by you or your companions will be deducted from your deposit and that you are also responsible for any damage exceeding the amount of the deposit.
On arrival and departure
Preparing for your arrival
Please make sure we have your updated arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any delays or changes.

The day of arrival
You should call your contact person on arrival at the airport (or 1 hour before arrival in the destination city if you are travelling by car) and they will then advise you if you need to: Go to our office, where one of our agents will accompany you to the apartment and give you the keys and instructions to the apartment. Go to the apartment where our check-in agent will receive you and give you the keys and instructions to the apartment.
The apartment will be available from 15:00hrs, but we will always try to accommodate clients with early arrivals as soon as possible. It is extremely important that we have an updated arrival time. Not having this information will cause you to have to wait for your contact and as well as a delay in your check-in. Please remember: Check-in is between 3pm and 11pm. For arrivals after 23:00hrs, there is a 30 euro check-in surcharge.
About your departure from the apartment
Departures must be made at 11:00hrs or earlier. Any unauthorized departure after 11:00hrs will be penalized.
If you need a later departure please ask if it is possible when you check in. We will try to accommodate you as long as our next arrival is not early on the same day. If possible, you can stay in the apartment until 18.00, paying 50% of the rental price per night. Any departure after 18:00 will be subject to the total price per day.
On the day of your departure you must leave your apartment tidy and have disposed of the rubbish correctly. Please leave all sets of keys on the table and close the door behind you after you leave, making sure that you have all your belongings and that the door is properly locked.
Upon prior notice, we can also book you a taxi for your departure from the apartment.
